Based on our initial discussions regarding your design brief, we will have initial Concept Plans drawn up which will consist of floor plans and elevations. We will provide a price estimate for the build.

When you are happy with the concept plans, scope of works and estimate, we will develop the final working drawings and documentation ready for our fixed price quote and application for Building Consent.

4. SIGNING THE BUILDING AGREEMENT
We will present you with a detailed quote and specification, explaining every part in detail and answering any questions you may have. We will then enter into and sign a Master Builders Building Contract.

When the quote is accepted and the Master Builders Building Contract is signed, we will submit the plans to Council for Consent. When consent is granted the fun begins – building starts!

6. HANDOVER
When construction is complete, we will arrange a Territorial Authority inspection so that the Code of Compliance can be applied for. Your home will be professionally cleaned and ready to move into.
